Karma Casting is looking for one (1) outgoing, knowledgeable Brand Ambassador to represent Founders Brewing Co.'s Mortal Bloom during a six-week on-premise sampling program at taprooms throughout the Chicagoland area! This is more than a sampling role. We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys craft beer, can confidently discuss tasting notes and beer styles, and loves creating authentic conversations with guests. If you're passionate about craft beverages, the outdoors, running, cycling, or the wellness lifestyle, you'll be a great fit for this program. We're looking for one BA who can commit to the entire six-week program with availability for all scheduled visits. 📍 Market Chicagoland, IL This route includes activations throughout: Chicago Mundelein Cary Libertyville Schaumburg Wauconda Blue Island Lemont 📅 Program Dates August 13 - September 20, 2026 Weekly Schedule - Thursdays: 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM - Fridays: 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM - Saturdays: 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM - Sundays: 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM 24 total activations over 6 weeks (4-hour shifts). 💰 Pay - $30/hour - $200 Completion Bonus for Brand Ambassadors who complete the entire program without missing a scheduled activation. 🍺 Responsibilities - Educate guests about Founders Brewing Co.'s Mortal Bloom - Conduct responsible product sampling in accordance with local regulations - Confidently discuss beer styles, tasting notes, and product features - Create engaging, authentic conversations with consumers - Set up and maintain a clean, organized sampling area - Represent the Founders Brewing Co. brand professionally and enthusiastically - Submit required post-event reporting ✅ We're Looking For - Friendly, outgoing, and approachable personality - Passion for craft beer and the beverage industry - Comfortable discussing beer styles, brewing, and tasting notes - Previous sampling, experiential marketing, brewery, bartending, or beer industry experience strongly preferred - Excellent communication and customer engagement skills - Reliable and punctual with the ability to commit to the full six-week schedule - Interest in running, cycling, outdoor recreation, or wellness is a plus and aligns well with the brand's target audience - Must possess any required alcohol sampling certification(s) for the market 👕 Wardrobe Client Provided: Branded shirt Talent Provides: Black pants or blue jeans (no holes) 🚗 Transportation Reliable transportation to and from scheduled taproom locations is required. 🎓 Training A paid 60-minute virtual training will be conducted prior to the start of the program. Date and time will be announced. Certain positions may require a background screening after a conditional offer of employment. All screenings are conducted in compliance with state and local fair chance laws in partnership with Ascen. Karma Casting is a W-2 employer. All roles are paid weekly.
