☕ CASTING CALL – Nescafé @ State Fair of Texas☕ Karma Casting is seeking energetic and professional Brand Ambassadors, Baristas/Bartenders, and a Team Lead to support Nescafé’s experiential activations at the Texas State Fair this October. These programs feature personalized beverage sampling, guest engagement, and interactive content capture opportunities. 🗓 EVENT DETAILS 📍 State Fair of Texas – October 8–11 Schedule: Team Lead (1 TL): 10/8 9a-9:30p 10/9 9a-9:30p 10/10 9a-9:30p 10/11 9a-10p Brand Ambassador Team (Team of 5 BAs per day): 10/8 9a-6p or 11a-9:30p 10/9 9a-6p or 11a-9:30p 10/10 9a-6p or 11a-9:30p 10/11 9a-6p or 11a-10p Baristas (2 Baristas per day): 10/8 9a-9p or 9a-6p 10/9 9a-9p or 9a-6p 10/10 8a-9p or 8a-6p 10/11 9a-9p or 9a-6p 💼 POSITIONS & PAY RATES • Team Lead (1): $35/hour • Brand Ambassadors (multiple): $30/hour • Baristas/Bartenders (multiple): $30/hour 🎯 ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES 🔸 Team Lead • Serve as main point of contact onsite • Manage staff schedules, breaks, and rotations • Oversee inventory, quality control, and reporting • Begin program support 1–2 weeks prior for asset receipt, storage, and prep 🔸 Baristas/Bartenders • Operate the sampling bar and prepare personalized 3 oz. beverages • Deliver key brand messaging on product use and purchase locations • Capture step‑by‑step drink‑mixing content; social posting encouraged when applicable • Must have real beverage‑prep experience and strong consumer engagement skills 🔸 Brand Ambassadors • Support sampling trays and guest interaction • Float to high‑need zones to maintain guest flow • Distribute giveaways and encourage photos/social sharing • Execute recipes and pre‑batch product • Prepare trays, maintain sanitation, and ensure product is stocked and cold • Invite consumers into the experience • Encourage social sharing and distribute giveaways • Deliver brand messaging with a polished, approachable presence 🚗 ADDITIONAL INFO • Parking covered where applicable • Staff must be food‑safety certified • Comfortable working in high‑volume environments and long shifts • Outgoing, professional, and polished demeanor required 📲 Ready to bring Nescafé to life at the fairs?
