🎟️ CASTING CALL — VIP Transport Leader | NYC Match Day Hospitality 💰 Pay: $50/hour 📍 Location: MetLife Stadium — East Rutherford, NJ 📅 Dates: July 16 & July 19, 2026 👥 Positions: 15 VIP Transport Leaders + 2 Backup Karma Casting is hiring experienced VIP Transport Leaders to support a high-end hospitality program for a major Match Day event at MetLife Stadium. This is a premium guest experience role supporting elevated clientele. You will be responsible for guiding VIP guests through their full journey, ensuring a seamless, polished, and high-touch experience from arrival through stadium access. 📍 Event Schedule Training (Required) 📅 July 16, 2026 🕒 Approx. 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM (in person, paid) ⚠️ Parking/transportation will NOT be reimbursed for training day Match Day 📅 July 19, 2026 🕒 Approx. 12-hour shift (exact timing TBD) 💰 Paid hourly ($50/hour for all hours worked) 💼 What You’ll Do • Escort VIP guests from designated meeting points to stadium entry • Guide guests through parking, access points, and into seating or hospitality areas • Deliver a seamless, high-touch guest experience • Communicate clearly and confidently with high-level clientele • Follow routing plans, access protocols, and hospitality standards • Maintain a polished, professional, and composed presence at all times 👤 Ideal Candidate • Experience working with VIP or high-end clientele • Professional, polished, and highly reliable • Strong communication and leadership presence • Not easily flustered or starstruck in high-profile environments • Comfortable navigating large-scale live events independently • Able to stand/walk for extended periods ⚠️ Additional Requirements • Must be available for a second-round interview with the client as part of the final selection process • Must complete a background check and credentialing process through FIFA in order to work the event • Must be available for mandatory in-person training on July 16 👕 Uniform Details will be provided closer to the event (TBD by role) 🚗 Transportation Uber transportation to/from match day will be reimbursed with valid receipts (per client guidelines). 📩 How to Apply Interested in working this event?
