🌟 CASTING CALL – EcoFlow Roadshow / Costco Activation 🌟 📍 Location Lantana, FL (180) – Costco 180 - 1873 W Lantana Rd, Lantana, FL 33462 ✈️ Project Overview EcoFlow is bringing its cutting-edge portable power and solar products to Costco. We’re hiring dynamic, high-energy Brand Ambassadors to generate sales and educate shoppers during a 10-day in-store roadshow. This is not a passive demo job. Ambassadors will be on their feet the entire shift, actively engaging shoppers, creating excitement, and closing high-value sales on premium EcoFlow products. Key responsibilities: Proactively start friendly conversations with shoppers to build interest and drive sales Deliver confident, persuasive product demonstrations highlighting EcoFlow’s features and value Guide customers through questions, share key benefits, and help them feel confident in their purchase decisions Maintain an energetic, welcoming presence to maximize traffic and conversions Assist with product set-up, restocking, and light tear-down 💵 Pay Rate Brand Ambassadors (2–3 per roadshow): $30/hour 📅 Dates Setup (day before): Thursday, October 2nd – 8:30 PM – 11:00 PM (plus optional next-day AM setup: 7:00 AM – 8:30 AM) Roadshow: Friday, October 3rd – Sunday, October 12th (10 consecutive days) 🕒 Schedule & Shifts (standard rhythm) Setup: Thu 8:30 PM – 11:00 PM (2.5 hrs) + Fri 7:00 AM – 8:30 AM (1.5 hrs) Show Days: Fri–Fri (10 consecutive days): Shift 1: 8:30 AM – 3:15 PM (≈6.75 hrs) Shift 2: 3:00 PM – 8:45 PM (≈5.75 hrs) Sat: 8:30 AM – 1:45 PM (5.25 hrs) & 1:30 PM – 7:15 PM (5.75 hrs) Sun: 8:30 AM – 1:45 PM (5.25 hrs) & 1:30 PM – 6:15 PM (4.75 hrs) Final Teardown: Sun 6:15 PM – 8:15 PM (2 hrs) Store hours may vary slightly by location; final schedule confirmed before each show. Note: Ambassadors do not need to be available for every shift. Karma will staff 2–3 Brand Ambassadors per roadshow to cover all shifts across the 10 days. 👕 Uniform Provided: EcoFlow shirt (if available) You Provide: Clean black pants and closed-toe shoes 🚗 Other Details Personal transportation required Setup and teardown shifts are paid and will be assigned to at least one ambassador ✅ How to Apply Karma Casting is a W2 employer.
