🌿 CASTING CALL — Target Health & Wellness Demos | Central Valley (CA) Rate: $27/hour | W2 employment | Paid weekly Karma Casting is hiring experienced, outgoing Brand Ambassadors to represent Good & Gather during Target’s Health & Wellness Demo Day. This activation is all about easy wellness wins, better-for-you snacking, and engaging shoppers through sampling and product education. We’re looking for Brand Ambassadors who are confident communicators, comfortable preparing food samples, and excited to help guests make simple, healthier choices while shopping. ⭐ Event Responsibilities (include but are not limited to): • Work with the Target team to locate the demo kit shipped to the store in advance • Set up the demo table including the 7x11 easel card display and product merchandising • Prepare layered hummus samples using Good & Gather products • Educate shoppers on featured items and speak to the idea of small, everyday wellness victories • Encourage purchase of featured products and suggest use of the Target app if items are out of stock • Hand out wellness giveaway packs containing overwrapped samples and an educational card • Maintain a clean, organized demo area and follow all food safety guidelines 📝 Reporting Expectations • BA’s must complete light reporting in JET by end of day Saturday • A smartphone with cellular data and internet access is required 🎉 Reporting Incentive: Any BA who submits their reporting on time by EOD Saturday will be entered into a raffle. Two winners will be selected to receive $100 gift cards. 📍 Locations Various Target locations across Central Valley (CA) Only apply in the Karma Casting app for stores you can work geographically. 🗓 Date & Time (not flexible) Saturday, January 10th, 2026 Shift: 11:00 AM – 4:30 PM • 11:00–12:00: Setup • 12:00–4:00: Activation • 4:00–4:30: Tear-down 📄 Training Information There is no paid training for this event. All Brand Ambassadors will receive execution documents, product details, and event instructions in advance to ensure they are fully prepared onsite. 👕 Uniform • Solid white top and black bottoms • Closed-toe shoes • Unbranded apron and hat (included in the demo kit) ✅ Requirements • Valid Food Handler’s Card (required) • Prior demo, sampling, or customer-facing event experience preferred • Professional, reliable, and comfortable engaging shoppers for the full shift 💵 Pay Rate $27.00/hour W2 employment through Karma Casting.
