🌟 CASTING CALL – La Roche-Posay at Target | Colorado 🌟 📍 Location Various Colorado Target Locations (see below and in the Karma Casting App) 💄 Project Overview Karma Casting is seeking experienced Beauty Advisors to support a special event series for La Roche-Posay, one of the world's leading dermatologist-recommended skincare brands. This program is focused on educating consumers about sun protection during peak summer season while introducing shoppers to La Roche-Posay's newest sunscreen offering. Beauty Advisors will engage Target guests in meaningful conversations about sunscreen habits, provide product samples, and communicate key product benefits through a consultative and educational approach. This is a premium beauty program. We are specifically seeking experienced beauty professionals with skincare knowledge who are comfortable initiating conversations, educating consumers, and driving product trial in a retail environment. 💵 Pay Rate Beauty Advisor: $27/hour 📅 Program Window June 25 – July 6, 2026 🕒 Shift Time 11:30 AM – 4:15 PM 📍 Locations & Preferred Activation Dates Please note that while each location has an ideal activation date, events may be scheduled on alternate dates within the program window based on store availability. June 26, 2026 Preferred Activations • SuperTarget 002218 – Longmont 551 S Hover St, Longmont, CO • SuperTarget 002021 – Wheat Ridge 5071 Kipling St, Wheat Ridge, CO June 27, 2026 Preferred Activations • Target 001928 – Westminster 10445 Reed St, Broomfield, CO • Target 002261 – Sheridan 3650 River Point Pkwy, Englewood, CO • Target 002403 – Fort Collins 2936 Council Tree Ave, Fort Collins, CO June 28, 2026 Preferred Activations • SuperTarget 002052 – Denver 7930 Northfield Blvd, Denver, CO June 29, 2026 Preferred Activations • Target 002183 – Brighton 2171 Prairie Center Pkwy, Brighton, CO July 4, 2026 Preferred Activations • Target 002716 – Littleton 1265 Sgt Jon Stiles Dr, Littleton, CO • Target 002023 – Lone Tree 10001 Commons St, Lone Tree, CO July 5, 2026 Preferred Activations • SuperTarget 001976 – Aurora 7400 S Gartrell Rd, Aurora, CO ✨ Responsibilities • Engage Target shoppers in conversation about sun protection and sunscreen usage • Introduce consumers to La Roche-Posay's newest sunscreen products • Distribute product samples and educate shoppers on key product benefits • Deliver approved talking points and brand messaging • Communicate at least two key product messages during each consumer interaction • Encourage product trial and consumer consideration • Set up and maintain the sampling cart within assigned retail location • Maintain a polished, professional, and consultative presence throughout the event 💋 Ideal Candidate • Beauty, skincare, cosmetics, esthetics, Sephora, Ulta, or retail beauty experience strongly preferred • Comfortable approaching and engaging shoppers proactively • Strong communication and customer service skills • Professional, reliable, and sales-minded • Passionate about skincare and beauty education 👕 Uniform Black top, black pants, and black closed-toe shoes unless otherwise directed by the client. 🚗 Additional Details • Sampling cart should be positioned near the sun care aisle whenever possible, or near the designated end cap location as directed by store management • Training materials and talking points will be provided prior to event execution • Beauty Advisors should be comfortable standing for the duration of the event and proactively engaging shoppers Please note that between May and August, any staff member who bails from a confirmed shift without documented proof of a legitimate emergency will receive no gigs from the Karma Casting App for a minimum of six (6) months. Certain positions may require a background screening after a conditional offer of employment.
