🎖️ CASTING CALL — U.S. Army Activation | Long Beach Grand Prix (Long Beach, CA) 💰 Pay Rates: • Team Lead: $34/hour • Brand Ambassador / Backup: $30/hour 📍 Location: Long Beach Convention & Entertainment Center — 300 E Ocean Blvd, Long Beach, CA 90802 📅 Dates: April 16–19, 2026 👥 Positions: 1 Team Lead, 7 Brand Ambassadors, 1 Backup Karma Casting is hiring a full team to support the U.S. Army activation at the Long Beach Grand Prix. This is a high-energy, high-traffic event where staff will engage with attendees, drive traffic into the footprint, and support interactive elements throughout race weekend. The Team Lead will oversee the team onsite, while Brand Ambassadors will support guest engagement, flow, and overall activation execution. A Backup team member will attend training and remain on standby each day to support any staffing adjustments if needed. 📍 Event Schedule Training (All Staff Required) April 16 🕒 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM Event Days April 17 🕒 7:00 AM – 6:30 PM April 18 🕒 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM April 19 🕒 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM Backup Schedule April 17–19 🕒 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM (on-call coverage) 💼 Responsibilities • Engage attendees and drive traffic into the Army activation footprint • Assist with guest flow and interactive elements • Support event setup, organization, and breakdown • Maintain a high-energy, professional, and welcoming presence • Ensure smooth execution of all activation components • Team Lead to manage staff, logistics, and client communication onsite 👤 Ideal Candidates Team Lead: • Experienced, confident, and strong communicator • Able to manage teams in high-traffic environments • Professional, organized, and solutions-oriented Brand Ambassadors & Backup: • Outgoing, engaging, and reliable • Comfortable interacting with large crowds • Able to stand for full shift hours • Must maintain a polished, professional appearance All staff must align with standard U.S. Army activation guidelines. 👕 Uniform Provided by Client: Army Polo Provided by Talent: Black pants and black shoes 🚗 Parking Parking will be reimbursed up to $20/day (unless otherwise approved) 📩 How to Apply Interested in working this event?
