🏁 CASTING CALL – ZEP x NASCAR Brand Ambassadors & Production Assistants | Loudon, NH 🏁 📍 Location New Hampshire Motor Speedway 1122 NH-106 Loudon, NH 03307 🧽 Project Overview Karma Casting is seeking energetic, dependable Brand Ambassadors and hardworking Production Assistants to support the ZEP activation at NASCAR Weekend in Loudon, New Hampshire. This exciting multi-day activation will feature consumer engagement, brand education, and event support inside the ZEP footprint. Brand Ambassadors will interact with race fans, create a welcoming experience, and represent the ZEP brand, while Production Assistants will support setup and event preparation prior to the activation. Whether you're greeting guests or helping build the activation footprint, we're looking for team members who enjoy working live events and thrive in a fast-paced environment. 💵 PAY RATES Production Assistant: $32/hour Brand Ambassador: $32/hour In addition, staff will receive: ✅ $50/day Travel Stipend ✅ Parking reimbursement up to $25/day (if client unable to obtain free parking options) 📅 EVENT SCHEDULE Production Assistant Thursday, August 20 ⏰ 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Brand Ambassador Friday, August 21 ⏰ 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Saturday, August 22 ⏰ 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM Sunday, August 23 ⏰ 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM Preference will be given to two Brand Ambassadors on Sunday to assist with event breakdown. ✨ BRAND AMBASSADOR RESPONSIBILITIES • Welcome and engage NASCAR attendees • Represent the ZEP brand in a professional and energetic manner • Encourage guest interaction within the activation • Assist with maintaining the activation footprint • Support event operations throughout the day • Assist with light setup and breakdown activities as needed 🔧 PRODUCTION ASSISTANT RESPONSIBILITIES • Unload event assets from the truck • Assemble snap-together flooring • Assist with activation setup • Move and position display panels (team lift required) • Organize activation materials • Follow direction from the onsite event team • Support general event preparation 🌟 IDEAL CANDIDATES Brand Ambassador • Outgoing, friendly, and professional • Comfortable engaging large crowds • Strong customer service and communication skills • Dependable and energetic • Previous experiential marketing or event staffing experience preferred Production Assistant • Comfortable performing physical setup work • Able to lift 25+ pounds • Able to follow direction and work efficiently • Experience with event setup or production work preferred • Team player with a strong work ethic 👕 UNIFORM Uniform details will be provided prior to the event. 🚗 TRAVEL & PARKING • Personal vehicle not required • $50/day travel stipend provided • Parking reimbursed up to $25/day 📚 TRAINING A paid 60-minute virtual training will be scheduled prior to the event. Attendance is required. ⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTES Staff should be comfortable working outdoors for portions of the activation. This is a high-energy, customer-facing event requiring professionalism and enthusiasm. Production Assistants should be comfortable performing physical setup tasks, including lifting and carrying event materials as part of a team. This position does not involve direct care, supervision, or one-on-one interaction with vulnerable populations. Please note that between May and August, any staff member who bails from a confirmed shift without documented proof of a legitimate emergency will receive no gigs from the Karma Casting App for a minimum of six (6) months. Certain positions may require a background screening after a conditional offer of employment. All screenings are conducted in compliance with state and local fair chance laws in partnership with Ascen. Karma Casting is a W2 employer. All roles are paid weekly.
