🌟 CASTING CALL – WS Development Loyalty Program Events 🌟 📍 Location MarketStreet Lynnfield 600 Market St, Lynnfield, MA 🛍️ Project Overview Karma Casting is looking for polished, outgoing, and professional Brand Ambassadors to support a series of WS Development Loyalty Program activations taking place throughout 2026 at MarketStreet Lynnfield. These activations will vary in format and include community-focused events, passive soccer-related experiences, tournaments, Yappy Hours, vendor events, and family-friendly programming. Brand Ambassadors will be responsible for engaging with guests, distributing giveaways when applicable, and communicating key messaging around the WS Development app and loyalty program. We are looking for approachable and energetic talent comfortable interacting with a wide range of guests, including families and children, while maintaining a polished and elevated presence onsite. 💵 Pay Rates June Events: $35/hour August – October Events: $30/hour 📅 Event Dates & Schedules ⚽ June 13, 2026 FIFA Passive Event 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM 1 BA Needed $35/hour 🐶 June 17, 2026 Yappy Hour 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM 1 BA Needed $35/hour 🌽 June 18, 2026 Cornhole Tournament 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM 1 BA Needed $35/hour 🛍️ August 22, 2026 Vendor Event 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM 2 BAs Needed $30/hour 🚴 September 19, 2026 PMC Kids Ride 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM 1 BA Needed $30/hour 🏃 October 4, 2026 5K Event 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM 1 BA Needed $30/hour 🐶 October 14, 2026 Yappy Hour 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM 1 BA Needed $30/hour ✨ Responsibilities • Engage guests in a friendly and professional manner • Communicate key messaging around the WS Development loyalty program and app • Assist with giveaways and activation support as needed • Maintain an organized and polished activation space • Support overall guest experience and event flow 👕 Uniform Business / Professional Attire 🚗 Additional Details • Ability to stand for full shift duration required • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs required • Event guides and activation details will be provided prior to each event • Parking reimbursement available only where free parking is unavailable Please note that between May and August, any staff member who bails from a confirmed shift without documented proof of a legitimate emergency will receive no gigs from the Karma Casting App for a minimum of six (6) months. *Certain positions may require a background screening after a conditional offer of employment.
