⚽ CASTING CALL — World Cup Fan Experience | Miami Beach, FL (Lincoln Road) 💰 Pay Rates: • Team Lead: $40/hour • Brand Ambassador: $35/hour ⭐ July 4th will be paid at 1.5x (holiday rate) 📍 Location: Lincoln Road — Miami Beach, FL 📅 Program Dates: June 11, 14, 16, 20, 22, 23, 25, 26 July 2, 4, 6, 19 👥 Positions: • 1 Team Lead • 6 Brand Ambassadors 🌎 About the Program This activation will bring that energy to life through a family-friendly, immersive fan experience designed to celebrate the sport and engage fans of all ages. We are looking for talent who are not just event staff, but true soccer enthusiasts who can bring excitement, knowledge, and authenticity to every interaction. ⚠️ Availability Requirement We are prioritizing candidates with 100% availability across all program dates. 📍 Schedule Shifts will generally run ~10:30 AM – 6:30 PM +1 Hour for the Team Lead (Final timing may shift slightly based on permitting and event needs) June 11 Note: Staff will be required to arrive at 9:00 AM on June 11 for mandatory onsite training (1 hour) prior to the start of the activation. 💼 What You’ll Do • Engage guests in a fun, high-energy, and welcoming manner • Support interactive soccer-themed activities and fan experiences • Assist with guest flow and overall activation operations • Work across multiple stations and responsibilities throughout the day • Help maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing footprint • Support both indoor and outdoor elements, including traffic-driving 👤 Ideal Candidate • Passionate about soccer with a strong understanding of the sport • Outgoing, engaging, and great with families and kids • Comfortable working in a high-energy, high-traffic environment • Flexible and willing to jump into multiple roles as needed • Professional, reliable, and team-oriented • Prior event, sports, or experiential marketing experience preferred 👥 Team Lead Requirements • Prior leadership experience managing event teams • Strong communication and problem-solving skills • Ability to oversee daily operations and support team performance 🔒 Requirements • Must be able to pass a background check (including sex offender registry screening) • Must attend one mandatory virtual training session: June 2 | 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM EST OR June 2 | 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM EST • Must attend onsite training on June 11 at 9:00 AM 🚗 Expenses Parking will not be reimbursed.
