⚽ CASTING CALL — World Cup Fan Experience (Month Long) | Miami, FL 💰 Pay Rates: • Team Lead: $40/hour • Brand Ambassador: $35/hour ⭐ July 4th will be paid at 1.5x (holiday rate) 📍 Location: Miami Beach, FL (Near Lincoln Road) 📅 Program Dates: June 14 – July 14, 2026 👥 Positions: • 1 Team Lead • 6 Brand Ambassadors 🌎 About the Program CONMEBOL is the governing body for soccer in South America, home to some of the most iconic teams and passionate fans in the world. This activation will be a high-energy, fan-focused experience designed to celebrate the global impact of the sport and engage guests of all ages through immersive, interactive elements. We are looking for talent who are genuinely passionate about soccer, knowledgeable about the sport, and able to bring that excitement to life through every guest interaction. ⚠️ Team Structure & Availability This program will consist of two separate teams: Team 1: • June 14 – June 17 • June 22 – June 25 • June 30 – July 3 • July 8 – July 11 Team 2: • June 18 – June 21 • June 26 – June 29 • July 4 – July 7 • July 12 – July 14 🚨 Important: • You must be available for ALL dates within your assigned team • The schedule is set and cannot be modified • Talent cannot work both teams 📍 Schedule Shifts will generally run: • Brand Ambassadors: ~8 hours/day • Team Lead: ~9 hours/day (Final timing will be confirmed closer to event and may vary slightly) 💼 What You’ll Do • Engage guests in a fun, high-energy, and welcoming manner • Support interactive soccer-themed activities and fan experiences • Assist with guest flow and overall activation operations • Work across multiple stations and responsibilities throughout the day • Help maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing footprint • Support a fast-paced, high-traffic environment 👤 Ideal Candidate • Passionate about soccer with strong knowledge of the sport • Outgoing, engaging, and comfortable interacting with diverse audiences • Flexible and team-oriented with a strong work ethic • Comfortable working in high-volume environments • Professional, reliable, and high-energy • Prior event, sports, or experiential marketing experience preferred 👥 Team Lead Requirements • Prior leadership experience managing event teams • Strong communication and problem-solving skills • Ability to oversee daily operations and support team performance 🔒 Requirements • Must be able to pass a background check (including sex offender registry screening) • Must attend one mandatory virtual training session: June 9 | 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM EST OR June 9 | 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM EST • Onsite training will take place on your first scheduled day (timing TBD) 🚗 Expenses Parking will not be reimbursed.
