🎶 CASTING CALL — BMO @ Summerfest 2026 | Milwaukee, WI 💰 Pay Rates: • Team Lead: $35/hour (1.5x on July 4) • Brand Ambassador: $30/hour (1.5x on July 4) 📍 Location: Henry Maier Festival Park — 200 N Harbor Dr, Milwaukee, WI 53202 📅 Event Dates: • June 18–20 • June 25–27 • July 2–4 👥 Positions: • 1 Team Lead (all dates preferred) • 2 Brand Ambassadors per day Karma Casting is hiring high-energy, polished event staff to support a BMO activation at Summerfest, one of the largest music festivals in the country. This is a fun, fast-paced, music-driven environment, and we’re looking for talent who can bring energy and personality while maintaining a professional, client-facing presence. 📍 Schedule • Daily Shift: 11:30 AM – 7:00 PM ⏱ ~7.5 hours per day Preference for candidates available across all event dates 💼 What You’ll Do • Engage festival attendees in a friendly, high-energy manner • Support interactive activation elements and guest experiences • Communicate key brand messaging in a natural and approachable way • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming footprint • Assist with light setup and breakdown each day • Help manage guest flow and keep the activation running smoothly 👤 Ideal Candidate • Outgoing, engaging, and personable • Comfortable working in high-energy, high-traffic environments • Passion for music, festivals, and live events • Professional and polished while still being approachable • Reliable and team-oriented • Prior event or brand ambassador experience preferred 👥 Team Lead Requirements • Prior experience managing event staff • Strong communication and leadership skills • Comfortable interfacing directly with client partners onsite • Able to keep operations running smoothly in a busy festival setting 👕 Uniform Details will be provided by client (TBD) 🚗 Expenses • Parking reimbursed up to $40/day with receipt 📚 Training • ~2-hour virtual training prior to event (Date/Time TBD) 📩 How to Apply Apply via the Karma Casting app and include: • Your availability across event dates • Relevant event or festival experience • Any leadership experience (for Team Lead consideration) *Certain positions may require a background screening after a conditional offer of employment.
