🌟 CASTING CALL – Brisk It Smart Grill Roadshow / Costco Activation 🌟 📍 Location Monterey Park, CA – Costco 1318 / 2000 Market Pl Dr, Monterey Park, CA 91755 ✈️ Project Overview Brisk It is hitting Costco with its innovative smart pellet grills that combine wood-smoked BBQ flavor with AI-powered cooking technology. We’re hiring friendly, high-energy Brand Ambassadors to help members discover why Brisk It is changing the grilling game with effortless, precision-based outdoor cooking. This is not a passive demo job. Ambassadors will be on their feet the entire shift, welcoming shoppers, sparking excitement around Brisk It’s limited-time Costco pricing, and confidently driving interest in upgrading their outdoor cooking setup before the next grilling season. 💵 Pay Rate Brand Ambassadors (2–3 per roadshow): $30/hour 📅 Dates Setup (day before): Thursday, November, 6th – 8:30 PM – 11:00 PM (plus optional next-day AM setup: 7:00 AM – 8:30 AM) Roadshow: Friday, November 7th – Sunday, November 16th (10 consecutive days) 🕒 Schedule & Shifts (standard rhythm) Setup: Thu 8:30 PM – 11:00 PM (2.5 hrs) + Fri 7:00 AM – 8:30 AM (1.5 hrs) Show Days: Fri–Fri (10 consecutive days): Shift 1: 8:30 AM – 3:15 PM (≈6.75 hrs) Shift 2: 3:00 PM – 8:45 PM (≈5.75 hrs) Sat: 8:30 AM – 1:45 PM (5.25 hrs) & 1:30 PM – 7:15 PM (5.75 hrs) Sun: 8:30 AM – 1:45 PM (5.25 hrs) & 1:30 PM – 7:15 PM (5.75 hrs) Final Teardown: Sun 7:15 PM – 9:15 PM (2 hrs) Store hours may vary slightly by location; final schedule confirmed before each show. Note: Ambassadors do not need to be available for every shift. Karma will schedule 2–3 Brand Ambassadors per roadshow to cover all shifts across the 10 days. 🔑 Key Responsibilities Engage & Sell: Proactively greet Costco members, share product benefits, and encourage purchase Product Education: Explain Brisk It’s smart technology, flavor benefits, and ease of use Drive High Interest: Maintain a confident, friendly sales approach to maximize engagement and conversions Customer Experience: Answer product questions, guide shoppers to the right model, support checkout direction Presentation: Keep the grilling display area clean, organized, and visually appealing Operations Support: Assist with set-up, light product movement, and teardown at close 👕 Uniform Provided: Brisk It branded shirt (if available) You Provide: Clean black or neutral pants and comfortable closed-toe shoes 🚗 Other Details Personal transportation required Setup and teardown shifts are paid and assigned to at least one ambassador ✅ How to Apply Karma Casting is a W-2 employer.
