🌟 CASTING CALL – Transformer Table Roadshow / Costco Activation 🌟 📍 Location Murrieta, CA – Costco 1390 / 35875 Warm Spgs Pkwy, Murrieta, CA 92563 ✈️ Project Overview Transformer Table is a furniture brand known for innovative, space-saving designs (extendable dining sets, table-to-desks, etc.). We’re looking for outgoing, energetic Brand Ambassadors who can confidently engage shoppers and drive sales through education and hands-on demos during a 10-day in-store roadshow. This role requires being proactive: not just manning a display, but moving around the floor, starting conversations, demonstrating product features, emphasizing transformation/versatility, and helping customers see how these tables can solve real space or lifestyle issues. 🔑 Key Responsibilities Engage & Sell: Proactively start friendly conversations with shoppers to showcase Transformer Table’s premium furniture solutions Demonstrate Products: Confidently present product features, transformations, and value through live demos (e.g., extending tables, modular setups) Educate Customers: Explain quality, functionality, and pricing to help customers make informed purchase decisions Drive Conversions: Build excitement and guide shoppers through next steps to close high-value sales Maintain Presentation: Keep the booth organized, stocked, and visually appealing Support Operations: Assist with set-up, light tear-down, and kit organization as needed 💵 Pay Rate Brand Ambassadors (2–3 per roadshow): $30/hour 📅 Dates Setup (day before): Thursday, October 30th – 8:30 PM – 11:00 PM (plus optional next-day AM setup: 7:00 AM – 8:30 AM) Roadshow: Friday, October 31st – Sunday, November 9th (10 consecutive days) 🕒 Schedule & Shifts (standard rhythm) Setup: Thu 8:30 PM – 11:00 PM (2.5 hrs) + Fri 7:00 AM – 8:30 AM (1.5 hrs) Show Days: Fri–Fri (10 consecutive days): Shift 1: 8:30 AM – 3:15 PM (≈6.75 hrs) Shift 2: 3:00 PM – 8:45 PM (≈5.75 hrs) Sat: 8:30 AM – 1:45 PM (5.25 hrs) & 1:30 PM – 7:15 PM (5.75 hrs) Sun: 8:30 AM – 1:45 PM (5.25 hrs) & 1:30 PM – 6:15 PM (4.75 hrs) Final Teardown: Sun 6:15 PM – 8:15 PM (2 hrs) Store hours may vary slightly by location; final schedule confirmed before each show. Note: Ambassadors do not need to be available for every shift. Karma will staff 2–3 Brand Ambassadors per roadshow to cover all shifts across the 10 days. 👕 Uniform Provided: Transformer Table shirt (if available) You Provide: Clean black pants and closed-toe shoes 🚗 Other Details Personal transportation required Setup and teardown shifts are paid and will be assigned to at least one ambassador ✅ How to Apply Karma Casting is a W2 employer.
