🇺🇸 CASTING CALL – U.S. Army Mission Ready @ PBR Nashville FanFest 🇺🇸 📍 Location PBR FanFest 🎯 Project Overview Karma Casting is seeking an experienced Team Lead, energetic Brand Ambassadors, and one Backup Brand Ambassador to support the U.S. Army's new Mission Ready activation during PBR Nashville FanFest. Mission Ready is an interactive experience that uses AI technology to match attendees with a U.S. Army Military Occupational Specialty (MOS) based on a brief questionnaire and selfie experience. Staff will guide guests through the activation while creating a fun, engaging, and memorable experience. 💵 PAY RATES Team Lead: $35/hour Brand Ambassador: $30/hour Backup Brand Ambassador: $30/hour 📅 EVENT SCHEDULE Friday, August 14 Training: 9:00 AM – 11:30 AM (Paid) Activation: 12:00 PM – 9:30 PM *Training and activation are included in your scheduled hours. Saturday, August 15: 10:00 AM – 9:30 PM Sunday, August 16: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM ✨ RESPONSIBILITIES - Welcome attendees into the U.S. Army footprint - Encourage guests to complete an eBRC - Guide guests through the Mission Ready AI selfie experience - Assist attendees with the touchscreen application - Encourage completion of the post-event survey - Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting activation footprint - Help manage guest flow and wait times - Deliver an engaging, high-energy brand experience throughout the event Team Lead Responsibilities - Lead the onsite Brand Ambassador team - Manage staffing assignments and break schedules - Serve as the primary point of contact for the client - Ensure smooth execution of the activation throughout each event day 🌟 IDEAL CANDIDATE Team Lead - Previous experiential Team Lead experience - Strong leadership and problem-solving skills - Comfortable managing client relationships onsite - Professional, outgoing, and dependable - Able to motivate and direct a team in a fast-paced environment Brand Ambassador - Friendly, outgoing, and engaging - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Comfortable approaching and interacting with large crowds - Reliable, energetic, and professional - Previous experiential marketing or event staffing experience preferred Client Preferences Near-peer appearance Fit, professional appearance Clean-cut appearance 👕 UNIFORM Provided by Client U.S. Army Polo Provided by You Black pants Black shoes 🚗 PARKING A vehicle is not required for this position. Staff will be reimbursed for parking up to $30 per day (plus applicable processing fee). 📚 TRAINING A required paid onsite training will take place on Friday, August 14 from 9:00 AM – 11:30 AM prior to the activation. Attendance is mandatory for all confirmed staff. ⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTES - This is a high-profile national activation representing the U.S. Army. - Staff must be comfortable standing for extended periods and working in a fast-paced environment. - Final staffing levels may be adjusted based on client needs. The program may scale to one Team Lead and Brand Ambassadors for the full activation, with the Brand Ambassador supporting only the final portion of the activation. - Backup staff should remain available in the event coverage is needed. Please note that between May and August, any staff member who bails from a confirmed shift without documented proof of a legitimate emergency will receive no gigs from the Karma Casting App for a minimum of six (6) months. Certain positions may require a background screening after a conditional offer of employment. All screenings are conducted in compliance with state and local fair chance laws in partnership with Ascen. Karma Casting is a W2 employer. All roles are paid weekly.
