🎉 CASTING CALL – FAMILY-FRIENDLY TOUR ACTIVATION - CLACKAMAS COMMUNITY COLLEGE 🎉 Location: Clackamas Community College / 19600 Molalla Ave, Oregon City, OR 97045 Dates/Times: - Friday, June 20th: 8 AM - 4 PM (Includes both set up and tear down shift + BA activation) - Friday, June 20th: 9:30 AM - 2:30 PM (BA Activation Only Shift) Pay Rate: $25/hour Karma Casting is hiring friendly, reliable Brand Ambassadors to support a nationwide, family-focused event tour! This interactive experience is geared toward young children and their families and includes greeting guests, managing activity stations, and assisting with overall event flow. We are looking to fill two types of roles: 🔹 Activation-Only Staff These team members will: ✔️ Greet and direct guests with a positive attitude ✔️ Assist at interactive stations and activity zones ✔️ Communicate via radio to help manage event flow ✔️ Engage children and parents with warmth and professionalism 🔧 Set Up + Tear Down + Activation Staff These team members will: ✔️ Arrive early to assist with event set-up (may lift up to 50 lbs) ✔️ Stay after the event to assist with breakdown ✔️ Support all responsibilities listed under Activation Staff 🌎 Bilingual Staff Needed We are seeking at least two bilingual (English/Spanish) staff members per event. While not required for all, bilingual speakers will help us better serve diverse families attending the event. Requirements: 🔸 Must be 18+ with reliable transportation 🔸 Prior event or family-focused experience preferred 🔸 Must wear khaki pants or knee-length shorts/skirt and closed-toe shoes 🔸 Neutral, non-branded undershirts or outerwear only 🔸 Comfortable using tablets or mobile devices onsite 🔸 Professional, punctual, and team-oriented 🔸 Willing and able to pass a background check Karma Casting is a W2 employer.
