🎖️ CASTING CALL — U.S. Army @ Fan Expo | Philadelphia, PA 💰 Pay Rates: • Brand Ambassador: $28/hour 📍 Location: Pennsylvania Convention Center — 1101 Arch St, Philadelphia, PA 19107 📅 Event: Fan Expo Philadelphia 📅 Dates: May 29–31, 2026 👥 Positions: • 7 Brand Ambassadors per day • 1 Backup Karma Casting is hiring high-energy, professional event staff to support a U.S. Army activation at Fan Expo Philadelphia. This is a high-traffic, fan-focused environment with large crowds, so we’re looking for talent who can confidently engage attendees, manage flow, and represent the Army with a polished and engaging presence. The activation will feature immersive elements including the Personalized Drip experience and REVO 360 photo capture station, along with premium giveaways and interactive guest engagement. 📍 Schedule May 29 (Training + Event Day) • TL + BAs: 10:30 AM – 9:30 PM (includes training) May 30 • TL + BAs: 9:00 AM – 7:30 PM May 31 • TL + BAs: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM ⏱ Long, active shifts — must be comfortable on your feet 💼 What You’ll Do • Engage Fan Expo attendees in a friendly, high-energy manner • Guide guests through interactive experiences • Support the Personalized Drip activation • Assist with REVO 360 photo booth experiences • Manage lines and guest flow within the footprint • Distribute premium items and support data capture via iPads • Assist with light setup, breakdown, and ongoing reset/cleanliness • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually strong activation space 👤 Ideal Candidate • Outgoing, engaging, and confident communicator • Comfortable interacting with large, diverse crowds • Professional, reliable, and team-oriented • Able to stay high-energy in a busy convention environment • Experience with conventions, expos, or large-scale events preferred 👥 Team Lead Requirements • Prior experience managing teams onsite • Strong leadership and communication skills • Comfortable interfacing directly with client partners • Ability to problem-solve and keep operations running smoothly 👕 Uniform • Provided: Army polo • You Provide: Black pants + black shoes 🚗 Expenses • Parking reimbursed up to $25/day with receipt 📚 Training • Mandatory onsite training on May 29 starting at 9:30 AM • Training time is included in your paid shift 📩 How to Apply Apply via the Karma Casting app and include: • Your full availability for all dates • Relevant event, convention, or experiential experience *Certain positions may require a background screening after a conditional offer of employment.
