🔥 CASTING CALL: ORE IDA GAME DAY ACTIVATION 🔥 📍 PROVO, UT Karma Casting is hiring for an exciting Ore Ida stadium concourse activation at the Marriott Center during upcoming BYU home games. This is a high energy merch giveaway designed to drive fan engagement and bring major game day vibes. If you love sports environments, fast paced events, and interacting with fans, this is for you 🙌 ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 💼 ROLES AVAILABLE 2 Team Leads 1 Brand Ambassador 💰 PAY Team Lead: $35 per hour Brand Ambassador: $30 per hour ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 📍 LOCATION Marriott Center 701 E University Parkway Provo, UT 84604 ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 📅 EVENT DATES Saturday, February 21, 2026 6:00 PM – 12:00 AM Saturday, March 7, 2026 6:00 PM – 12:00 AM Team Leads will also complete one 4 hour in market prep shift prior to the first event. Timing TBD. All staff will complete a 1 hour paid virtual training prior to activation. Likely Thursday/Friday. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 🎯 WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING Team Leads will oversee execution, manage swag quantities, coordinate on campus inventory pickup, and ensure proper distribution across both games. Inventory is stored on campus at BYU Athletics, 331 SAB, Provo, UT 84602. No off campus driving is required for inventory pickup. Important: One Team Lead must be comfortable receiving a shipment at their home that includes the branded tablecloth and table prior to the first event. Brand Ambassadors will engage fans, distribute merch, and assist with setup and breakdown. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ ⏱ ESTIMATED TOTAL HOURS Team Leads: approximately 17 hours each Brand Ambassador: approximately 13 hours ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 👕 UNIFORM Details TBD. All staff must maintain a clean, professional, event ready appearance. 🚗 PARKING One Team Lead will receive a BYU parking pass.
