Karma Casting

Karma is casting experienced Brand Ambassadors to work in California for the Revlon Beauty Spotlight at Target Demo Days. It is crucial that the Brand Ambassadors applying have excellent communication skills, are outgoing and passionate about the opportunity to connect consumers with these particular beauty products. Duties Include (but are not limited to): - BA's will work with the Target team to locate the demo kit that has been shipped to the store in advance. IF BA's are unable to locate the product, staff will be expected to complete a dry demo. - BA’s will merchandise the Beauty Counter with the featured Revlon products - BA’s will educate guests on the featured Revlon products and provide guests with the opportunity to demo the products in-store. Sellable items will be on the counter - BA’s are to be encouraging immediate purchase of multiple featured products and suggesting reps utilize the Target app when a product is not in stock at their demoing location. Reporting Element: BA's are to complete light reporting in JET due by the end of their shift. A smart phone with access to cellular data and the internet will be needed to complete reporting.
