🎪 CASTING CALL – U.S. ARMY @ Minnesota State Fair | St. Paul, MN 🎪 Karma Casting is seeking two rotating Team Leads and a crew of Brand Ambassadors to represent the U.S. ARMY – Evergreen program at one of the largest state fairs in the country! This multi-day activation will take place inside the official ARMY footprint at the Minnesota State Fairgrounds, where staff will deliver a polished, professional, and engaging experience for fairgoers. 🗓 EVENT DETAILS 📍 Location: Minnesota State Fairgrounds – 1265 Snelling Ave N, St. Paul, MN 55108 🧑‍🏫 Training Date: Tuesday, August 20 | 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM 📆 Event Dates: Wednesday, August 21 – Sunday, September 1 ⏰ Daily Shifts: • Team Leads (2 rotating): 8:30 AM – 9:00 PM • Brand Ambassadors (rotating): 8:30 AM – 9:00 PM 💵 PAY RATES • Team Lead: $31/hour • Brand Ambassador: $27/hour • Parking Reimbursement: $25/day 👕 UNIFORM • Branded ARMY polo (provided on-site) • Must arrive in black pants and black shoes • Clean-cut, professional appearance required 🙋‍♀️ REQUIREMENTS • Outgoing, reliable, and experienced in brand or event work • Able to support booth setup, guest interaction, and breakdown • Must attend mandatory training on August 20 • No visible tattoos or facial piercings • Team Leads must be proactive communicators with experience supervising staff • Must be available to work multiple dates—priority given to those with open availability ⚠️ PLEASE NOTE: To avoid overtime, this program will rotate Team Leads and Brand Ambassadors.
