🎮 XBOX | HIGH-PROFILE EVENT | SEATTLE, WA Karma Casting is looking for an exceptional, polished event team to support a very high-profile XBOX event in Seattle! This is not your typical Brand Ambassador role. We are looking for experienced talent who are comfortable working in a premium environment with executives, C-suite guests, and VIP-level attendees. 📍 EVENT DETAILS Date: Thursday, November 12, 2026 Location: Museum of Pop Culture Address: 325 5th Ave N, Seattle, WA 98109 👥 NOW CASTING 2 Team Leads | $38/hour 18 Brand Ambassadors | $33/hour 2 Onsite Backups | $33/hour ⏰ SCHEDULE Team Leads + Brand Ambassadors: 12:00 PM – 9:30 PM Onsite Backups: 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM The event begins at 3:00 PM, with the first portion of the shift dedicated to paid onsite training and event preparation. ⭐ WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR Because of the profile of this event, relevant experience will weigh heavily in our selections. - Previous Microsoft or XBOX experience is a major plus. If you have it, make sure it is clearly highlighted in your application! - Experience supporting executive, C-suite, VIP, or other high-profile events - A polished, professional presence with excellent communication skills - Strong guest engagement and hospitality experience - Confidence interacting with senior-level guests in a professional environment - For TL applicants, proven Team Lead or event leadership experience 🎮 THE ROLE Staff will support guest engagement, event flow, and overall onsite execution as directed by the client team. Team Leads will also provide onsite leadership and help coordinate Karma staff throughout the event. 📣 WHEN APPLYING Please make sure your profile is current and reflects your most relevant experience.
