📣 CASTING CALL | U.S. Army Personalized Drip at Penn State Karma Casting is looking for an experienced Team Lead, Brand Ambassadors, and Backup Brand Ambassador to support the U.S. Army’s Personalized Drip activation at Penn State University! This interactive activation will give attendees the opportunity to customize a U.S. Army t-shirt using fabric spray paint while engaging with the Army brand in a fun, high-energy environment. 📍 Bryce Jordan Center 720 Curtin Rd State College, PA 16801 💰 PAY Brand Ambassadors: $35/hour Backup: $35/hour 📅 SCHEDULE Required Onsite Training | Friday, October 9 TL + BAs + Backup: 1:00 PM–5:00 PM Live Activation | Saturday, October 10 TL + BAs: 11:00 AM–7:00 PM Backup: 11:00 AM–1:00 PM Training is mandatory and paid at the applicable hourly rate. 👕 WHAT YOU’LL DO This is a hands-on, interactive activation, so we’re looking for a team that can bring energy while keeping the experience organized and moving. Responsibilities include: • Assist with activation setup and t-shirt preparation • Welcome and proactively engage attendees • Confirm required eBRC completion • Manage lines and guest flow throughout the footprint • Guide attendees through the t-shirt customization experience • Assist guests with fabric spray paint customization as directed • Encourage completion of the post-event survey • Keep the activation clean, organized, and guest-ready • Assist with breakdown, including boxing supplies and preparing materials on pallets for departure ⭐ WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR • Experienced, friendly, and outgoing event staff • High-energy and comfortable proactively engaging attendees • Reliable, professional, and able to take direction • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, interactive environment • Able to remain standing and active throughout the shift • Clean-cut with a polished, professional appearance Team Lead candidates should have previous leadership experience and be comfortable managing the onsite team, guest flow, and communication with the client. 👕 UNIFORM U.S. Army polo provided by the client.
