⚡ CASTING CALL – MOUNTAIN DEW SUMMER CONCERT SERIES | HARVEYS LAKE TAHOE ⚡ Location: Harveys Lake Tahoe Outdoor Arena – Stateline, NV Dates: 🟢 June: 14, 26, 28 🟢 July: 11, 18, 19 🟢 August: 1, 2, 7, 8, 10, 15, 26 🟢 September: 6, 13, 20 Training: On-site, in-person training will take place the day of your first shift Pay Rates: 🔹 Team Lead: $35/hour 🔹 Brand Ambassadors: $30/hour 🚫 No travel, accommodations, or per diem reimbursement provided ABOUT THE ACTIVATION: Mountain Dew is bringing the energy to Harveys Lake Tahoe Outdoor Arena for an epic summer concert series! With 16 shows spanning June through September, our team will help fans fuel up and turn up — delivering sampling moments, giveaways, and brand interactions before and after each show. From high-traffic entry areas to the Mountain Dew-branded cocktail garden, this is your chance to be part of one of the biggest brand moments of the summer. 📋 SHIFT DETAILS & STAFFING BREAKDOWN: JUNE 14, 26, 28 + JULY 11, 18, 19 • 1 Team Lead • 4 Campground BAs • ~7.5 hour shifts:  – 2 hrs setup  – 4.5 hrs activation (5.5 for TL)  – 1 hr teardown AUGUST 1, 2, 7, 8, 10, 15, 26 + SEPTEMBER 6, 13, 20 • 1 Team Lead • 4 Campground BAs • 2 Sampling BAs • ~7.5 hour shifts:  – 2 hrs setup  – 4.5 hrs activation (5.5 for TL)  – 1 hr teardown ⏰ Start/End Times: TBD based on concert schedule at Harveys 🎯 ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: TEAM LEAD (x1): • Oversee team & activation flow • Coordinate arrival, breaks & on-site logistics • Maintain communication with BA Team Manager • Manage inventory, cleanliness, and issue resolution • Complete checklists & daily KPI tracker CAMPGROUND BAs (x4): • Staff giveaway stations & interact with attendees • Host games and support brand team • Promote and direct to other activation areas • Maintain clean, stocked footprint • Complete daily setup/teardown and checklists SAMPLING BAs (x2) – AUG/SEPT ONLY: • Set up/tear down activation zone & assets • Pre-show: Pour & distribute 3oz samples outside venue entrance • Post-show: Hand out 12oz cans • Track samples, manage flow, engage fans • Maintain clean, organized sample area ✨ IDEAL CANDIDATES: ✔️ Outgoing, high-energy, and team-oriented ✔️ Reliable, organized, and proactive ✔️ Comfortable lifting/moving assets ✔️ Strong communication skills ✔️ Prior BA or event experience required Karma Casting is a W2 employer.
