🚗 CASTING CALL — Parking Operations Support (Wayfinding Only) | MetLife Stadium (NY/NJ) 💰 Pay: $35/hour 📍 Location: MetLife Stadium Parking Lot — 1 MetLife Stadium Drive, East Rutherford, NJ 07073 📅 Dates: July 18–19, 2026 👥 Positions: 10 Brand Ambassadors Karma Casting is hiring Parking Support Staff to assist with access control and directional support for a large-scale live event at MetLife Stadium. This role is strictly wayfinding and guest support. Staff will NOT be driving, parking, or operating any vehicles. 📍 Event Schedule Mandatory Training 📅 July 18, 2026 🕒 Approximately 6 hours (time TBD) Event Day 📅 July 19, 2026 🕒 ~10-hour shift (final schedule TBD) 💼 What You’ll Do • Check parking passes and verify credentials for entry • Direct vehicles to designated parking areas • Provide clear, confident directions to drivers and guests • Support traffic flow and maintain organized entry points • Communicate with onsite teams to ensure smooth operations • Maintain a professional and approachable presence at all times Important: This role does NOT involve driving, parking, or handling vehicles in any capacity. 👤 Ideal Candidate • Experience with event operations, parking, or directional support preferred • Comfortable working outdoors for extended periods • Strong communication skills and ability to give clear direction • Independent, reliable, and able to stay focused in a fast-paced environment • Comfortable managing high-volume traffic flow 🔒 Requirements • Must be able to pass FIFA accreditation and background screening • Must attend mandatory training on July 18 • Must be available for full event day on July 19 👕 Uniform Details will be provided by client (TBD by role) 🚗 Expenses No planned expenses for this role 📩 How to Apply Apply directly through the Karma Casting app and highlight any relevant experience with parking operations, wayfinding, or large-scale events. *Certain positions may require a background screening after a conditional offer of employment.
