We’re looking for a high-impact Brand Ambassador to be the frontline face of A THC in the North Florida market. This is not your typical sampling gig — this is a territory-owning, relationship-building, brand-building role. You’ll be the heartbeat of our field presence across Jacksonville and Daytona, making sure our brand shows up flawlessly in every priority account. 🚀 What You’ll Own ✨ Retail Relationship Builder Build strong partnerships with retail stores and become their go-to A THC expert. ✨ In-Store Execution Pro Ensure displays are on point, shelves are stocked, and our brand always looks its best. ✨ Demo & Sampling Rockstar Schedule and execute product demos that convert curious shoppers into loyal fans. ✨ Storyteller & Educator Bring the brand to life through authentic product education and social content creation. ✨ Sales & Goal Driven Performer You love targets. You hit them. Then you raise them. ✨ Field Extension of Leadership Act as the daily extension of our SE USA Sales Director — communicating insights, solving problems, and spotting opportunities in real time. 🗓 Schedule & Availability Minimum 20 hours per week (with opportunity for more) Must be available Thursday–Sunday Flexible schedule with strong in-field presence 🍊 What You Bring Minimum 3 years in the beverage industry preferred DSD experience and/or brand activation strongly preferred CPG knowledge in emerging, regulated, or functional categories is a major plus Strong communication and relationship-building skills Sales/goal-driven mindset Self-starter who thrives independently in the field Organized, agile, and solution-oriented 🚗 Requirements Must reside in North Florida Jacksonville (preferred) or Daytona area Reliable vehicle + valid driver’s license Comfortable with significant local travel 🌱 Why Join Us?
