🍎 CASTING CALL – SugarBee @ Iowa State Fair | Des Moines, IA 🍎 Karma Casting is looking for energetic and professional General Labor staff (including onsite backups) to support an engaging activation for SugarBee Apples at the Iowa State Fair! This includes a 360 Photo Booth, guest interaction, and sweepstakes sign-ups at one of the Midwest’s biggest events. 🗓 EVENT DETAILS 📍 Location: Iowa State Fairgrounds – 3000 E Grand Ave, Des Moines, IA 50317 • General Labor (Load-In): 📅 Thursday, August 8 | ⏰ 12:00 AM – 5:00 AM 👷 Backup: Paid for 2 hours if not used • General Labor (Load-Out): 📅 Monday, August 11 | ⏰ 12:00 AM – 4:00 AM 👷 Backup: Paid for 2 hours if not used • 💻 Virtual Training for All Staff (incl. Backups): 📅 Wednesday, August 7 | ⏰ 30 minutes (Time TBD) ✅ Paid training 💼 POSITIONS & PAY RATES • General Labor (3): $30/hour • General Labor Backup (1): $30/hour 🎯 ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES 🔸 General Labor: • Assist with setup and teardown during overnight hours 🔸 Onsite General Labor Backups: • Must be available onsite and ready to step in if needed • Paid for two (2) hours each shift if not activated 🚗 ADDITIONAL INFO • No vehicle required • Parking will be reimbursed • Staff must be comfortable being on their feet and lifting heavy boxes/equipment for footprint 📲 Ready to bring the SugarBee sweetness to life?
