🍺 CASTING CALL — Premium Draft System Demo Team | Tampa (Dale Mabry), FL Rate: $30/hour + Performance Bonuses Karma Casting is building a dedicated team of experienced Brand Ambassadors in Tampa (Dale Mabry) to support the launch and in-store demonstration of a premium at-home draft system rolling out this April. This is not a standard beer sampling program. While tastings will be part of the activation, the primary focus is demonstrating the draft system, educating consumers on its features and functionality, and driving machine sales in-store. We are seeking polished, sales-driven professionals interested in ongoing, recurring work throughout the year. Scheduling will increase significantly in May, June, and July surrounding major soccer-related traffic. Activations will primarily take place Thursday through Sunday. 📍 Location: Total Wine — Tampa (Dale Mabry), FL ⏱ Shift Length: Approx. 4 hours per activation 💰 Compensation: $30/hour Performance bonuses based on retention and number of activations completed 🍻 Responsibilities • Demonstrate and educate consumers on a premium at-home draft system • Clearly communicate product features, functionality, and value • Support sampling as a tool to generate interest and drive equipment sales • Confidently discuss a $300–$400 price point • Influence purchase decisions and drive conversion • Maintain professionalism and retail compliance standards 🎯 Ideal Candidate • Prior experience selling high-value or premium products • Strong consultative retail sales skills • Comfortable demonstrating equipment or technology • Confident discussing premium pricing • Reliable and interested in consistent, recurring work • Available primarily Thursday–Sunday, with heavier scheduling May–July • 21+ and eligible to conduct alcohol samplings We are building a long-term team in Tampa (Dale Mabry), not filling one-off shifts. Preference will be given to Brand Ambassadors seeking consistent activation work and strong program continuity.
