Kinetic Events Staffing is in search of experienced brand ambassadors for an e-gaming event taking place at Royale (279 Tremont Street, Boston, MA 02116, USA) in Boston, MA on Saturday, May 10th. This is a great opportunity for those looking to join our roster as Boston is an active market for us and we will have additional opportunities in 2025 including an event happening May 16-18. We provide a fun, collaborative, and positive work environment! Virtual gaming enthusiasts encouraged to apply! Job Description Shift time is 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM. There is only one shift time available and you must be fully available to work the full shift. Brand Ambassadors will be greeting attendees, scanning tickets, acting as directionals, managing lines of a small number of activations, facilitating a plinko game, and handing out gift bags at the end of the event. Pay is $27/hour - we pay weekly via direct deposit! Staff will need to wear their own black slacks or black jeans (no holes, rips, or tears), black blouse or button-up and black professional shoes. Job Requirements Must have a considerable background in front-facing customer service roles. Ability to stand and walk for the duration of a standard shift (typically 4-12 hours), except during designated rest breaks and meal periods. Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs. Must be punctual and reliable for all scheduled shifts. Must have a proficiency in English with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Professional demeanor, appearance, and actions while on the job. Limited phone use during shifts. Must adhere to all legal regulations and company policies set by Kinetic Events Staffing. Ideal Candidates Previous event or hospitality experience is preferred. Flexible and adaptable as job duties and schedules may change based on client needs.
