Communication
I represented the ADA booth. The team and staff were very great. This event was very crowded, and it was worth working for this company! Paid within 5 days of the event! I would definitely want to go back next year :)
The ADA should have a better alternative route
Edward (event manager) was great as always. I had a great time with fellow BAs in the merchandise area!
Good communication between brand ambassadors and off site contact. We ended up going an hour over the scheduled time and we were able to contact him to explain the situation and make sure our hours/ payment reflected this the same day.
Transition from Next Crew to Ubeya app was a little rough. Specifically, the new QR clock in/out system wasn’t fully explained prior so lead left and no one was able to clock out on time.

Communication was great. The onboarding process was easy and quick. Smooth sailing overall.
Gathered a great team for the client, and no issues with payment or scheduling.
Kinetic is awesome at utilizing both the app and email notifications about positions available and shifts assigned. The app they use is so easy to check in/out on and upload reimbursements. The team lead is supportive and collaborative. I look forward to working with them again!

Paying on time
This company needs a better way of communicating with people who want to work. They only hire people they know and if event management doesn’t like you in anyway then you won’t work again. They won’t contact you to let you know if and why you won’t get booked in order for you to improve on yourself.
