Kinetic Events Staffing is in search of experienced Brand Ambassadors/VIP hosts for an upcoming financial conference taking place at The Diplomat Beach Resort Hollywood in Hollywood, FL from Monday, May 5th to Friday, May 9th. This is a great opportunity for those looking to join our roster as Miami is an active market for us and we will have additional opportunities in 2025. We provide a fun, collaborative, and positive work environment! Job Description Brand Ambassadors will be checking in C-level executives, escorting them to meeting rooms, tracking meeting schedules, and room monitoring. Previous hospitality/VIP experiences is a must. There is a mandatory paid onsite training on Monday, May 5th from 11am-4pm. Pay is $26/hour - we pay weekly via direct deposit! Parking will be validated onsite and/or reimbursed post-event. Staff will need to wear their own black slacks or black jeans (no holes, rips, or tears), black blouse or button-up and black professional shoes. Shift Dates & Times SCHEDULE 1 - One role available Monday, May 5th, 2025: 11am-4pm (Mandatory Onsite Training Day) Tuesday, May 6th, 2025: 7am-5pm Wednesday, May 7th, 2025: 7am-6pm Thursday, May 8th, 2025: 7am-6pm Friday, May 9th, 2025: 7am-3pm SCHEDULE 2 - Three roles available Monday, May 5th, 2025: 11am-4pm (Mandatory Onsite Training Day) Tuesday, May 6th, 2025: No shifts available Wednesday, May 7th, 2025: 7am-6pm Thursday, May 8th, 2025: 7am-6pm To supplement the lack of a Tuesday shift with this schedule, we have additional shifts on Sunday May 4th, 2025: 11am-7pm & Friday May 9th, 2025: 10am-3pm that we can offer, if you'd like to work on either of these days. These shifts will be at $23/hour as they are general event staff work like swag bag stuffing/event tear down. Job Requirements Must have a considerable background in front-facing customer service roles. Ability to stand and walk for the duration of a standard shift (typically 4-12 hours), except during designated rest breaks and meal periods. Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs. Must be punctual and reliable for all scheduled shifts. Must have a proficiency in English with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Professional demeanor, appearance, and actions while on the job. Limited phone use during shifts. Must adhere to all legal regulations and company policies set by Kinetic Events Staffing. Ideal Candidates Previous event or hospitality experience is preferred. Flexible and adaptable as job duties and schedules may change based on client needs.
