PLYMOUTH MI (Detroit adjacent) work opportunity for female hostesses representing Dubai Ports World at the Automotive Logistics Supply Chain (ALSC) Global Conference. Wed 9/23 + Th 9/24/26, $645. Agency: Light Speed www.facebook.com/groups/LightSpeedEventStaffing Location: Saint John's Resort- 44045 Five Mile Rd, Plymouth, MI 48170 (26 mi / 30 min west of downtown Detroit) Schedule: 2 consecutive days * Wed 9/23: 730a-530p (10 hours) * Th 9/24: 8a-3p (7 hours) Pay: $35 / hour (17 hours) + $25 / day per diem (2 days) = $645. Parking is free. Paid via direct deposit (U.S. based bank account in your name required) within 10 business days after the show ends. We no longer issue paper checks. Description: Females only, previous experience required. Work as a booth hostess- greeting and welcoming guests, capturing attendee info (lead generation), guiding attendees through interactive touchscreens, handing out premiums and other duties as deemed necessary. Trade show / auto show / live event experience a plus; ability to speak politely to the public, have fun and work on your feet all day are essential. Must be outgoing, articulate, flexible and reliable. This is an indoor event and you will be standing throughout. Wardrobe: Look and dress smart. Arrive daily wearing black bottoms (pants 1st choice, skirt 2nd choice, please no capris), black footwear (not sneakers), black blazer / jacket and a white blouse. Notes: * Must be 18+ and legal to work in the U.S. without sponsorship * Travel + living compensation not provided * Controversial / offensive tattoos that cannot be covered are not permitted * Only traditional / conservative earrings are allowed (all other piercings must be removed).
