What does this company do well?

They were amazing at taking care of their talent. I was managing/working a month long NYC touring tech event outside under relentless sun. they were very good with making sure everyone was hydrated, sunblock with hats, snacks etc.

Mark is very thorough with his workers and very organized which is something I found refreshing to see. The team I worked with were gems especially Felipe and Mike. I enjoyed the fast paced activation as it ran very smooth. I definitely would love to work more for Mark in the future.

What can this company improve?

I have nothing I could say negatively or constructively. Light Speed is amazing.
