Good communication on my end, and Karla the staffing coordinator was so kind and helpful! The activation was fun and engaging despite the rainy weather.
What can this company improve?
Maybe a bit of better communication overall. I heard some other BA's did not hear from the POC until 30-40 minutes into the event, because the meeting spot changed and only I was notified.
