They were quick to respond if and when needed. They went around and beyond to make sure we had everything needed. They were really fast paying which was great and helpful.
Lucky XP provided a lot of helpful brand information ahead of the event. On-site support was readily available through the team lead. Guests seemed to really like the swag.

The pay could be higher for the mascot and handler position. I've been paid a lot higher for a mascot role. However, the professionlism and communication is topnotch.

They made sure we were paid for lunch and offered the catered lunches each day. We also were paid about 8 hours a day even though we really were only working 4, because of a break in the day and Casie and Courtney made sure we were paid the whole date.
