This was a particularly fun event. It was my first time working with Lucky XP Marketing, and it went smoothly! Chimere and Casey provided clear direction, so I knew what to expect ahead of time. The work itself was tons of fun, and Jerri, my handler, was a terrific partner. She was GGRRRREAATTT!!!
What can this company improve?
They normally send out a confirmation email ahead of time but for some reason, they didn't for this one until the day of. It was no big deal since I managed to get there on time and I had prepared with training materials from a similar event already booked with them. Please send the emails out B4.

Lucky XP provided a lot of helpful brand information ahead of the event. On-site support was readily available through the team lead. Guests seemed to really like the swag.

The pay could be higher for the mascot and handler position. I've been paid a lot higher for a mascot role. However, the professionlism and communication is topnotch.
