Communication is great! My company contact, Gretchen, is very responsive by call, text, and email. I had questions prior to my first demo and she was very helpful and quick to respond. They also pre-order the merchandise for you, and are willing to reimburse for necessary supplies (ice, cups, etc).

My contact, Gretchen, was very quick to respond to any questions that I had via email or text. They also covered the cost of the merchandise up front and was willing to reimburse me for any additional supplies necessary (cups, ice, more product, etc).
