Client felt the event was overstaffed and cut me, but Mash still got me paid for a fair amount of my lost hours. I appreciate them being there for me like that. Hopefully I can work for them for real next time. Paycheck was quick, just one week.

Great company and fun event! The team was amazing and we had such a good time! Only downside is payroll didn’t update the rate and we all had to email the company and wait another 2 weeks for the extra amount.

We are truly sorry for the issue with your pay and appreciate the feedback. We strive to be an agency that pays within a 2-3 week timeline. We launched a new pay system and it didn’t pick up the rate change, which has now been rectified.
