Communication was lacking in pre-event details. Hired as a brand ambassador - only to show up on-site and get pushed into a street team situation. Told us our lives depended on making sales for the company. Not a good energy environment. Bummer.
Good hours, 2 day event, lots of staff onboard at event. Manager bought us lunch the first day. Overall, a good event.
Had to reach out for more details before event - however event was easy and other BA's hired were great. Event ran smoothly and had enough product to last through out. Thank you!! Will work for again.
Good company to work for. Payment takes a little longer than stated, I've had to reach out a few times in regards to. However, management is great on taking care of parking and making sure we get promised hours. I would recommend.
All relevant info was sent before event. Parking was easy. Set up and tear down of the booth was done in a timely fashion. Water and shade provided, as it was a hot day. The event ran smoothly and onsite lead was helpful. Thank you
Lots of communication on site. Didn't hire the best team for the event, unfortunately. Some lazy BA's. Onsite lead was friendly and attentive, even bought us lunch for the day. I look forward to working with them again.
Communication before & after event was done professionally.. All needed information was provided. A contract is sent before every event, outlining terms. Prompt responses to questions. A bit of micromanaging onsite. Overall a pleasant experience.
I was provided the initial event details prior to executing the event, but the account team failed to communicate the event changes once on site. I have worked many events with Match, and would like better communication.
