We are looking to expand out talent base in Tallahassee.** **Please view available dates at the bottom** TO APPLY: Please email jbkmgasst@micheleandgroup.com with -your pictures -why you would be a good fit -and any previous experience EVENT OVERVIEW: Set up your sampling station as shown in the SUPPLIES NEEDED section, greet consumers 21+ and invite them to sample MODELO ORO, encourage consumers 21+ to scan the QR code for the rebate, be aware of pricing/specials at the account, hand out giveaways/encourage them to participate with the activation element, educate consumers, be friendly, outgoing, approachable and more! PRE-EVENT: -CALL ACCOUNTS AND CONFIRM STOCK & EVENT 24HRS PRIOR+. Take note of who you spoke to. . -Ensure you received your giveaway/supplies shipment at least 48 hours prior to your event or notify us otherwise. -Review your recap link and virtual check in’s to ensure you take enough photos/receive adequate info at your accounts. UPON ARRIVAL: Please check in with the manager upon arrival and ensure you set up where they would like you to. Please make sure you submit your check in, and begin your event at the start time of your demo. You should be fully set up, dressed and ready to go by this time. STOCK ISSUES: Contact your booker immediately, do not leave the demo. Revert to a dry demo/approved MODELO product. DUTIES: -Set up your station in a professional and approachable manner. -Pour compliant sized samples for consumers 21+ to sample the brand. -Greet consumers in a friendly manner. Be outgoing and make it fun! -Have your phone put away except for when taking pics for a recap. -Be aware of specials/pricing and encourage consumers 21+ to sample and purchase the product. -Giveaways to consumers 21+ -Brand Education POST EVENT: Please be sure you fully break down and clean up your station to ensure it is free of debris. Properly dispose of any open samples. We will need a unique receipt per account visit. CRAWL BREAKDOWN It is imperative you stay at the account the FULL DURATION of the promo. If you are working a double, only leave the first account with enough time to get to the next by the start time. You must check in virtually. Please make sure you run the tab at the END of the event so that we have a time stamp of when you departed the account. MAKE-UP & HAIR You need to have your hair and make-up done like you were going to a photo shoot. You need to be camera ready at all times. Please make sure your skin is tanned and that your nails are done (free of chips, overly designed nail art, etc) or clean and neat/polish free. You need to look the same in person as you do in the professional pictures in your portfolio!
