They supplied thorough preparation materials, a video orientation, contingency plans, and responsive support via email and phone—all of which proved extremely helpful.

What can this company improve?

The process for completing check-ins, check-outs, and documentation is somewhat cumbersome, as it requires using both their platform and the client’s. While this may be unavoidable when clients mandate dual systems, a unified process would significantly streamline the workflow.
