📍 Ridgedale, MO Ole Smoky @ Masters of Bourbon Thunder Ridge Nature Arena 📅 October 15–17 ⏰ Minimum 4 hours each day ⭐ Main Event: October 17 | 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM Brand Ambassador: $40/hour Event Lead: $50/hour ⭐ EVENT LEAD RESPONSIBILITIES Our Event Leads take ownership of the activation from start to finish. Responsibilities may include: • Overseeing and coordinating the Brand Ambassador onsite • Serving as the main point of contact with Michele & Group • Receiving and managing event assets prior to the activation • Having access to a reliable vehicle with enough room to transport event materials • Picking up product and/or event supplies when required • Organizing and inventorying assets • Leading event setup and ensuring the footprint is client-ready • Taking setup photos and making adjustments as requested • Assisting with batching cocktails, pouring and consumer engagement • Troubleshooting and handling onsite needs proactively • Leading breakdown and properly repacking all event materials • Coordinating shipment of assets to the next event/location when required
