Michele & Group is looking to expand our Winter Park office with an administrative assistant who has a focus in data entry, for a full-time position Monday through Friday. This is an in-person job, no virtual applicants. Full-time hire.
Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
-Perform routine administrative duties surrounding talent bookings and bookkeeping
-Maintain bookings and events calendar in all regards
-Handling and managing accounts payable/receivable
-Creating and submitting expense reports on a timely manner
-Numerical data entry on platforms
-Work closely with other functional teams to ensure data quality and accuracy
-Manage product stock and facilitate necessary shipping/receiving tasks
Qualifications:
-Comfortable with numbers and reports.
-Experience in marketing related roles preferred, but not required.
-Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
-Experience in administrative role preferred.
-Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects at the same time.
Preferred skillset:
-Ability to process information quickly and efficiently
-Intermediate to advance level of proficiency in .xls.
