Mosaic Flex Staffing (Acosta Group) is hiring Brand Ambassadors to represent a leading consumer electronics & storage brand inside top-selling national big-box consumer electronics retailer locations across the country. This is a 1-year continuity program — same store, same rep, every 8 weeks — designed to build brand familiarity with shoppers and store associates over time. The specific brand and retailer name will be disclosed at offer/hire. Responsibilities (1-hour visit, in priority order): 1. Engage with shoppers about the brand's flagship product line. 2. Train retailer associates on the brand and product line. 3. Replenish stock and tidy the 3 in-store brand displays (reference photos provided). 4. Check in/out via Ubeya and submit post-visit photos + reporting. Skills / Requirements: • Friendly, self-managing, professional communicator. • Comfortable approaching shoppers AND coaching retailer associates. • Tech / consumer electronics experience preferred (not required). • Reliable transportation to assigned retailer location. • Smartphone for Ubeya check-in/out, photos, and reporting. • Ability to commit to bi-monthly cadence for 12 months. Bonus: Strong performers get first pick on future Mosaic Flex programs (holiday season, road shows, back-to-school activations). Break Length & Paid/Unpaid: 1-hour shift — no scheduled break. Virtual brand training and retailer compliance courses are PAID. Uniform: Clean, plain polo shirt + jeans (no rips or holes). Brand-issued name badge provided by Mosaic. Payment Terms: Weekly payroll via Mosaic Flex Staffing. Time tracked through Ubeya — visit must be checked in/out on-site within the assigned shift window. Training (Required, Paid, Live Virtual): Brand training session — 6/29/2026 (time TBD). Schedule Preference: Thursday–Sunday visits strongly preferred (highest in-store traffic).
