Mosaic Flex Staffing (an Acosta Group solution) is seeking engaging, outgoing Brand Ambassadors to represent Google Nest smart-home products inside a major Big Box Retailer. This is a short-term weekend activation where you'll engage shoppers, demonstrate product benefits, promote a limited-time in-store rebate, and help drive sales for one of the most recognized smart-home brands in the market. Program Dates: August 27, 2026 – September 9, 2026 Shift Schedule: Thursday: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM Friday: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM Saturday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM Sunday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM Hours: Approximately 15 hours per week 9 total shifts Approximately 45 total program hours Required Availability: August 27, 28, 29, 30 September 4, 5, 6, 8, and 9 This activation supports a time-sensitive retail promotion, and all scheduled dates are required. Full program availability is mandatory. What You’ll Do • Set up and manage a branded promotional table and represent Google Nest inside a Big Box Retailer location. Engage shoppers in-aisle, share product benefits and highlights, and promote a limited-time in-store instant rebate. • Drive product interest and sales through friendly, knowledgeable conversation. • Complete simple event reporting and maintain program materials. Return all program materials upon completion of the activation. What We’re Looking For • Highly engaging and personable — comfortable approaching and talking with customers. • Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help drive sales. • Tech-savvy with an interest in or familiarity with smart-home products. Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently. • Full availability for all program dates listed above. Perks • Competitive hourly pay: $28/hr • completion/retention bonus for finishing the full program, completing required training, and returning program materials on time. • Branded shirt provided; represent a well-known smart-home brand. • Great short-term opportunity with potential for future programs. Requirements • Must be able to complete short self-paced online product courses and a virtual training session (paid) before the program. • Dress code: provided branded shirt with nice jeans or slacks and closed-toe shoes. • Reliable transportation to your assigned {Big Box Retailer} location.
