Mosaic is seeking a personable, knowledgeable, and reliable team lead to represent a well-known motor oil company at a popular big box retailer. Team members must have great presentation skills and high energy while assisting run the event and judging a competition. Outgoing personalities and go-getters needed! Requirements: · Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel. · Ability to be self-sufficient and self-manage. · Excellent communication and presentation skills. · Team leads experience a plus. · Able to lift up to 50 pounds. Duties Include (but are not limited to): · Set up and tear down of outdoor footprint. · Engage consumers and keep consumers interested in the event/competition. · Troubleshoot any challenges that occur during the activation. · Complete event reporting.
