As a Canvassing & Direct Marketing Representative, you will work in assigned neighborhoods engaging homeowners face-to-face. You’ll educate them on Renewal by Andersen products, identify interest, and schedule free in-home consultations. This role is performance-driven, supported by structured training, coaching, and leadership focused on growth and results. Schedule: Full Time – 40 hours Monday-Friday 12pm - 7pm Saturday as needed, due to weather. Successful candidates can start earning at $20 per hour with a potential bonus starting on average at $1000 biweekly commission, plus $1,000 per 4-week period (uncapped Bonus plan!)
