What You’ll Do 🔹 Engage customers proactively to identify needs and recommend solutions 🔹 Demonstrate devices, plans, and promotions with confidence 🔹 Clearly communicate pricing, features, and value 🔹 Close sales and deliver an exceptional customer experience 🔹 Build relationships with store teams to drive brand advocacy 🔹 Maintain strong in-store presence (merchandising & displays) 🔹 Track performance, interactions, and key sales metrics 🔹 Stay informed on trends and competitive activity What We’re Looking For ✅ High School Diploma or GED ✅ 1+ year of retail, sales, or customer-facing experience (preferred) ✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills ✅ Confidence using mobile devices and reporting tools ✅ Ability to stand for extended periods & lift up to 10 lbs Schedule & Pay 📅 Program Duration: July 6 – December 31, 2026 (potential extension) 🕒 Schedule:24 hours/week - Friday-Sunday availability 💵 Pay: $20/hour + performance-based bonus opportunities We’re excited to fill this role now!
