We're looking for an energetic, organized, and people-focused Event Marketing Tour Manager to lead the planning and execution of our heritage College Football program - The Fox Tailgate Tour Now in its 27th year, The Tailgate Tour is the largest and longest running program in college sports. Please only apply for position if you have Tour Manager experience and have driven larger truck vehicles nationwide. Responsibilities include: Driving Truck assets from week to week events Set up and breakdown of touring assets Brand Ambassador Management Activation - Game Day Leadership Capable of providing reports and photography of events managed 5 Years Minimum in Tour Manager position Clean Drivers license Position is 13-14 week commitment Manage event logistics, transportation, venue setup, and pack-down. Recruit, train, and supervise event staff and brand ambassadors. Ensure exceptional customer engagement and brand representation. Liaise with clients, suppliers, venues, and internal teams. Troubleshoot issues on-site and provide effective solutions. Maintain equipment, inventory, and event assets. Prepare post-event reports and performance evaluations.
