The tour manager lead was very short , was not communicative and sometimes inappropriate and negative the clients were great. Activation was great. It was fun. That atmosphere was fun. It was mostly just the manager.

Communication with Nisha & Kira was extremely professional, every easy to talk to & both were helpful with any issue I had !

Event manager was extremely rude , anytime I asked a question he immediately got an attitude. Even told another BA “they pay me to talk to you like this” he even went as far as being rude while I was assisting a mother at the event & she was shocked. I have a lot more to say but no roomtotype
