Norton National is seeking a fun, energetic, reliable team to help out with our Disney On Ice event coming to Fargo LOCATION: Fargo Dome 1800 North University Drive, Fargo, ND, USA 03.12 // 5:00pm - 9:15pm 03.13 // 5:00pm - 9:15pm 03.14 // 8:00am - 8:45pm 03.15 // 9:00am - 6:45pm PAY RATE: $23/hr PAYMENT: Payment: This is 1099 Independent Contractor pay; paid via company check mailed via USPS every Friday. Invoices must be submitted no later than Monday by 4 pm PST. You will be assigned one of the following roles on Event Day - not prior. Photo Specialist: Engage with customers to sell photo packages and process payments using a credit card terminal. Sales Specialist: Sell souvenir products on the concourse and/or within seating areas during designated selling periods. Assisting with concessions preparation (e.g., shaving ice, filling snow cone syrup dispensers, removing plastic from cups/merchandise, mixing lemonade, assembling popcorn and cotton candy bags, and other prep work as assigned). Requirements: **Consent to Criminal background check** Experience in sales is a benefit. Required to stand for the entire shift. Handling electronic payments is a requirement of this role. Grooming Standards / Attire: NO FACIAL HAIR White long-sleeved, ironed button-down collared shirts Solid BLACK slacks or work pants Solid black, flat, closed-toe shoes. NO jeans/NO joggers, NO leggings or yoga pants. Natural-colored hair NO face piercings Stud earrings allowed, Minimal Jewelry All tattoos MUST be covered and not visible while working. Attire: White, long-sleeve, button-down collared shirt (must be plain white; no lace, adornments, or logos). Solid black dress pants (no jeans, leggings, joggers). All-black, flat, closed-toe shoes suitable for standing all day (no heels, sandals, Crocs/rubber shoes). Shirts must be tucked in; pants secured with a black belt if needed.
