Great recruitment and paid training. Good communication for the agency with reminders of the activation, App, and paperwork needed for onboarding. Trustworthy agency that will book you if you are consistent, professional, and loyal.

What can this company improve?

Direct deposit or Venmo pay versus sending company checks via snail mail.

What does this company do well?

Recruitment, agent communication with talent, paid training, paid pick up and drop off of promo kits, overall production management is very professional, promo reminders, and event consistency. Easy to reach agents at any time/day.

What does this company do well?

Communication & Managers On-Site is Amazing! IT'S rare you get to even meet your managers, let alone work with them. Definitely a Great experience & they were KEY to the event running smoothly.

What can this company improve?

Norton brings Monster Jam annually, I just hope they can get MORE contracts in the area & come back MORE frequently.

five months have already passed, and I don’t receive my payment. I feel cheated by them, they are the only agency that has ever deceived me, they are thieves and scammers, and nobody answer me the emails!!!

What does this company do well?

Tough activation week but ultimately worth the effort. Thanks to Norton to the support from afar as we managed short-staffing and no-shows. Can't predict the weather or staff arriving but Norton did great with the week we worked together. Would work for them again!
