Tough activation week but ultimately worth the effort. Thanks to Norton to the support from afar as we managed short-staffing and no-shows. Can't predict the weather or staff arriving but Norton did great with the week we worked together. Would work for them again!

The paperwork is easy and the follow ups really showed me that they care. Everyone had fun and experienced the event together.
What can this company improve?
One worker/ one ramp. I worked single handedly to organize children and parents so they could help me track the trips down the enormous slide. 2 families paid to return. Some kids exploited the system by slipping past me but I always looked for the 3 x’s to show me who they were.

Everything!! Communication from the time you are booked. They send training decks, links for your particular position & even a schedule with breaks& lunch broke down. Also, ANY numbers of Managers & on-site personnel to reach if ANYTHING is needed.
What can this company improve?
Company normally just has Monster Jam twice a year HERE. Hopefully MORE events come to our area. LOVE working with this company!
